How much does it cost?＋
Free to sign up. We take a 20% platform fee on Free plan, 10% on Creator (₹399/mo or $4.99/mo), and 0% on Pro (₹799/mo or $9.99/mo). No charges to fans.
When do creators get paid?＋
Earnings accrue in your account the moment a fan pays. Withdraw any time after crossing the payout threshold ($50 / ₹1,000) via your bank, PayPal, or Wise.
What if the expert doesn't answer?＋
Every question has an SLA you set (3–168 hours). If the expert doesn't answer in time, the fan is automatically refunded — no questions asked.
Can I cancel my subscription?＋
Anytime. Cancel at cycle end to keep access until your next billing date, or cancel immediately. Refunds for unused days aren't issued, but you keep the conversation history.
Does this work in India?＋
Yes. Indian creators charge in ₹ — fans pay via UPI, cards, or netbanking. International creators charge in $/€/£. The right local payment methods show up automatically based on the creator's currency.
Is my payment information safe?＋
We never see or store your card. All payments are handled by PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processors — your card details stay encrypted end-to-end.
